IDENTITY THEFT VICTIM; MR. FAUSTINO R. LUMANIOG - My personal crusade in clearing name against the notorious “BASAG KOTSE GANG” had been painful and arduous process, not to mention Legal hurdles, court hearings, attorney’s fees and travels. Nothing was left behind of me when my reputation had been ruined down the drain. I had to fight all the way out whatever it takes to clear my name of being a VICTIM, (of the Basag Kotse gang when my personal things was stolen inside my car) and the rest remained a horrible history for my whole being. I cried out my grievance on “XXX” ABS-CBN program. (Shown dated March 22, 2010) – and at last justice is served through court order from Municipal Trial Court In Cities, 6th Judicial Region, Branch 2, Iloilo City Dated August 13, 2010, By Hon.
